New Pricing (as of October, 2008)

We want to make pricing as simple as possible. So we're moving to the following pricing structure as we go out of beta this fall. The software subscription fee is based on the number of Signs you have:

• No Signs: free
• 1 Sign: $20/month
• 4-5 Signs: $19/Sign/month
• 6-10 Signs: $18/Sign/month
• 11-25 Signs: $17/Sign/month
• >26 Signs: $16/Sign/month

Included Features

• Unlimited number of users
• SSL security between your Signs and the server
• Backups of all data
• Design: build your own basic posters

2 Year Lease

At $59/Sign/month, our leasing program includes all software costs with a two year contract.

Additional Options:

Promote: Run your own website to allow your local advertisers to design their own ads and upload them to your Signs

• Advertisers upload and schedule their own ads
• Built-in approval process
• Set your ad criteria, price and duration of ads
• Accept VISA/MC/Amex/Discover for payment
• Offer a Google/Dashboard widget of your ad feed

Cost: 30% of revenue, which credits against your software subscription fee.

For example, if you have 10 Signs and are paying $180/month and bring in $1,000/month of ad revenue, you pay $300/month out of your ad revenue and pay no subscription fee.

Txt: Add txt-messaging to your posters. Readers can txt a code and get additional information about each poster.

$.25/txt msg sent, $50/month

Alert: Flip a switch and set all your Signs to one emergency message.

• All Signs flip within 90 seconds
• Integrated with txt messaging to notify subscribers to the emergency within 3 minutes

Currently, this is a custom feature and is built and quoted as requested.
